重磅!2026创投金鹰暨科创新苗名单揭晓!

Recently, the results of the “2026 Venture Capital Golden Eagle & Technology Innovation Seedling” awards — organized by Securities Times under the auspices of the People’s Daily — were officially announced. Selected from over 400 participating institutions and enterprises, we were honored with the title of “Annual Innovation Pioneer Enterprise (Technology Innovation Seedling).”

This honor carries profound significance for us. Conducted over more than two months of rigorous evaluation and supported by more than 30 regional venture capital associations nationwide, this selection serves as a key barometer for identifying high-potential hard-tech investment targets in the capital market. It represents not only strong recognition of our technological barriers and growth resilience, but also national-level, authoritative endorsement of our commitment to “accessible sustainability” in the PVA water-soluble film sector.

The Seedling Award has moved beyond the era of “general tech” and now precisely targets critical weaknesses and choke points in industrial-chain security. Whether a company has the capability for domestic substitution and can benchmark against global standards is the first threshold for entry.
We are deeply engaged in new materials, directly supporting the national “Dual Carbon” strategy. We have not only broken the long-standing reliance on imports for high-end bio-based materials, but have also matched — and in some cases surpassed — international benchmarks on key performance indicators. With 25 patents and more than 130 proprietary formulations, our carbon footprint is 86% lower than that of competing products. This dual-driver “Technology + ESG” profile earned us high praise from leading institutions during due diligence, making us a scarce asset in the sector.

Evaluation no longer focuses solely on “technological sophistication.” Instead, it asks whether a technology creates genuine dependency in real-world industrial settings and solves substantive pain points for downstream customers — ruling out innovation that exists only in the lab.
Our core technology has moved well beyond academic papers, having completed the full transition from laboratory research to a production line operating at tens-of-thousands-of-tons scale. With an annual capacity of 20,000 tons, we have cut comprehensive costs by 75%. This repeatable scalability, combined with our cost advantage, gives investors visible support for dependable growth and lays a solid valuation anchor for future financing rounds.
While the “Annual Emerging Star” category values the purity of early-stage technological origins, the “Annual High-Growth Enterprise” category holds firm to a baseline of commercial validation, requiring a clear revenue growth curve and concrete mass-production and delivery milestones.
We stand at the golden intersection of technological breakthrough and commercial scale-up. We have retained the original innovative energy that came from translating university-industry research into practice, while also building scaled production facilities that ship reliably. Both order volume and revenue have sustained rapid growth for several consecutive quarters.

Winning enterprises must be deeply embedded in local industrial clusters, working in step with patient capital and industrial policy — not standing apart as isolated “tech islands.”
We have built an industrial closed loop of “founded in Linyi, cutting-edge R&D in Shenzhen, and mass production back in Linyi.” Anchoring our manufacturing base in Linyi is a deliberate strategy that draws on the region’s industrial-chain strengths to ensure research outcomes are efficiently commercialized. At the same time, by introducing new technologies, we are helping Linyi’s traditional industries upgrade and modernize. This model — “technology sourced from the front lines, rooted in the industrial heartland” — achieves a deep integration of the innovation chain with the industrial chain, aligning closely with the New Seedling Award’s criteria for sustainable innovation.

The name “Technology Innovation Seedling” evokes cultivation and symbiosis, closely echoing our own vision of “a materials industry that coexists with nature.” PVA is the only polymer that microorganisms can use directly as a carbon source: it achieves a 75% biodegradation rate within 46 days, produces no microplastics, leaves zero residue, and its degradation byproducts return safely to the agricultural ecosystem.
For the clients who trust us, this means your choice is not just high-performance material, but a sustainable solution that has withstood rigorous scrutiny. For the investors who stand by us, it confirms that a hard-tech enterprise combining technological scarcity, economies of scale, and real ESG value is steadily advancing into its next stage of growth.
