Dishwashing pods

As global living standards rise, dishwashers are used daily by the average family, making dishwasher pods a popular daily consumable. Our dishwashing pod films can hold powder or liquid formats with multiple chambers, are strong & leakproof, and have a long shelf life.

Chemical/pesticide pods

Avoid waste, accidents and the risk of eye/skin contact with harmful chemicals with single-dose, dissolvable chemical/pesticide pods. Our chemical/pesticide pod films can hold chemicals such as cement additives/dyes/ enzymes (neutral, alkaline or acidic), while being completely water-soluble at room temperature.

Single-use laundry/ biohazard bags

For applications that require hygiene or infection control, our biodegradable single-use laundry bags minimize the physical handling of used laundry. The single-use laundry bags with soiled garments are thrown into the washing machine, where the bags will completely dissolve, leaving no trace or plastic waste. Ideal for medical facilities, care homes or biohazard clean-ups.

Water transfers

Used as a print transfer for images, patterns or designs to be applied to large or complex surfaces. Examples include automotive parts such as wheel hubs, spoilers, or cyclist helmets.

Embroidery film

Used as a base film for complex machine or hand embroidery designs applied to uneven fabric surfaces such as shoes. Upon completion of the embroidery process, the PVA layer is removed with water.

Biodegradable packaging tape

Made from PVA, the tape is strong, durable and can be used for many purposes, including logistics. Unlike regular tape, PVA packaging tape is fully biodegradable.

Dissolvable Seedling Film

Customized water-soluble seedling films can hold seeds in strips, which can be placed directly into the soil. The films help to hold moisture and help the seeds germinate, and as the seeds grow out, the film dissolves harmlessly into the soul. The strips can be packed with fertilizer to promote growth. This is easier and more cost effective than deploying a machine to insert seeds into the field.

Dissolvable Agricultural Film

Our water-soluble agricultural films replace the plastic sheets farmers use to help the soil hold moisture, prevent weeds and help germination. The PVA agricultural films can help keep the ground temperature consistent to help saplings flourish. The films are engineered to dissolve harmlessly into the soil weeks after application. Unlike regular plastic, the dissolved PVA helps soil retain moisture, so in arid conditions, the dissolvable film can enhance soil quality.

Soil Stabilizer/Enhancer

Our soil stabilizer formulas are designed to prevent loose soil or sand from dusting or spreading. They’re useful to prevent landslides, severe dusting (construction areas or helicopter landing zones) or erosion. The formula is sprayed over large areas with a water truck or any other hydraulic applicator format.
